Purpose of this website

omidaslani.com is a professional information and contact website. It is not a patient portal, emergency service, or medical-record system.

Information submitted through the contact form

When you use the contact form, the website receives the information you enter, such as your name, email address, optional organization, contact subject, message, and consent confirmation. The information is used to review and respond to the enquiry.

Do not submit medical records, diagnostic reports, detailed health histories, identification documents, payment information, or other sensitive information through the form.

Form provider and retention

At launch, form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain appropriate professional records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Direct email sent to an @omidaslani.com address is handled through Zoho Mail. This section must be updated before launch if either provider changes.

Privacy-safe interaction measurement

The site records a small allowlist of first-party interaction events, such as professional phone or email clicks, contact-form start and submit, route selection, article-to-profile navigation, local-guide navigation, and outbound NUWAC clicks. Each event contains only the event name, the page path, and the public website release number.

No diagnosis, form-field value, message body, medical record, health condition, call audio, advertising identifier, or cross-site identifier is included in these event payloads. No advertising trackers are used. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request metadata under its own operational and security practices.

Links to LinkedIn, NUWAC, and other external websites are governed by those websites' own privacy practices.
